The hotel was well located for our purposes (we wanted to go to MoPop and it was a 3-min walk). The room was nice, and clean. The view of the city at night was gorgeous (during the day not so much). But the walls were super thin and we could hear our neighbors talking well past midnight (and again at 6am). I could also hear voices from another floor coming up through the bathroom vent. Also, the parking stalls are really narrow. I’m surprised we didn’t get any dings, there is barely enough room to open your door. With covid being a factor, I am disappointed that they didn’t spread the guests out more so that we don’t have immediate neighbors. That may have solved the noise issue. If you’re a heavy sleeper, this hotel is probably perfect. If not, bring ear plugs because there is no way to fall asleep when you can hear everyone around you (plus the very noisy AC/heating unit fan).

I didn't like the fact that a guest could not have another guest even though other hotels allowed one to do so. This policy needs to be told before rooms are booked and not when you get at the hotel. There was no mention of paying for parking until after paying for the room. The cable channels were very limited.
Because of covid, I was worried that traveling would be unsafe but staying here made me feel physically safe (no delivery past the lobby, multiple locks on doors, underground gated parking with number passcode to open it) as well as covid safe because of the efforts the staff went to for guests.
Staff is friendly. Walking distance to the MOpop museum and space needle.
Only complaints are the paperthin walls and the tourism tax that no one mentioned.

Disliked: Amenities
Our stay was during COVID and the property was taking proper precautions however I have stayed at other hotels that were able to provide more services while still taking precautions. We stayed 4 nights with no maid service, we were told due to covid this was not an option even if requested. The hotel looks a bit run down. No food or beverage options other than vending machines. We were taking out our own trash. Perhaps it would be much better in a non Covid time but this felt like I was staying in a very low cost motel.
The staff was nice and friendly, and also the building was clean . Convinient location we enjoyed our ealk to seattle space needle and not too far from the pier. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.
There was a bug on the ceiling and the bathroom smelled of cigarette smoke. Floors and sheets we’re stained and walls are peeling. Ugly room, they’re charging for proximity to Seattle activities.
Thank you very much for this beautiful room. I loved my bday upgraded room so much. I had very lovely view of the space needle and museum of pop culture. I t was very lovely. Thank you soooooo much for comp upgrade. Best service and very friendly front desk people works there. I would definitely be back here and recommend anyone to stay here with no doubt.
Restroom was pretty small. Shower head was broken and when I tried to move it so the water won’t get out of shower, the whole head spun around and not secured.
Hotel selected because close to College where youngest daughter would be attending as well as easy and ample parking and a safer location! One of the hotels on the last college trip did not provide All those items.
The staff is friendly and fast on the front desk. The cleaning didn’t happen expect after we left and before we showed up. The beds were very nice but the bathroom leave much to be desired. Basic maintenance has been negligent mold on the ceiling in the shower and along the bathtub. A towel rack that falls off when taking a towel off is beyond me. A sink that you can barely use to get water out of because the faucet is so far back it barely reaches the sink. The windows didn’t close. The light blocking curtains have many spots where they have worn away. Basic maintenance needs to be done now. It also should not be a thing to have to say but the garbage should be picked up every day. While I don’t expect or even want my sheets changed every day the room needs to be cleaned everyday even if someone is not checking out.
