Don’t stay here
This was a horrible experience the property contact was never available and never returned my calls. The access key was not in the room, so I was stuck in the unit from 10pm till 8 am. Because I didn’t have anyway to access the building. Dishes were dirty. There was exposed electrical on the floor that I had to make safe just to let my 3 yr old walk around freely. The bathtub had hair in it. You couldn’t pay me to stay there again. Hopefully this reaches anyone who is thinking about booking this place. Do t do it.

Spacious aerie for a visit to the coast
This condo is delightful - roomy, modern, and comfortable. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room and the deck. The kitchen is terrific - cooked two fine dinners in celebration of our anniversary. The bed in the bedroom we used had foam pillows, our preference. It would have been nice to have some guidance about check-in, but the property manager never replied to either of my two email messages or my phone call. So, I am going to provide future guests a couple tips. When you drive into the condo parking area, stop in one of the two marked loading spots. Don't bother to go into the Lobby office--they have nothing to do with this property. But, borrow one of the luggage carts to unload your car. Look to your right and you'll find the elevator. Take it up to the 6th floor and open the apartment door with the keypad. Then offload the cart in the apartment and go directly to the refrigerator. In the white magnetic rack on the side nearest the stove, extract a Guest Parking hanger for your car mirror. Theoretically there are three there, but one is broken and one is missing. Return the cart to the "lobby" area and park your car in the uncovered guest parking area. Hope this helps future guests get settled into the condo quickly and smoothly. And, yes, I would stay here again.

Door was broke and wouldn't close at all
No one would come and fix the door and it was unsafe for granddaughter. More than appauled at. We ended up going to hardware store and fixing ourselves. We should get our money back - horrible experience

We had a nice visit at beach condo. Great kitchen to make meals. The beds were so comfortable. Slept great. We had an issue with front door and it looked like was damaged tried to contact rental agent, left message and no calls returned. No dish towels found. Overall great stay..

Beautiful view and location
Booking and check in process was easy. Found parking passes but no key card to be found. Messaged host but never heard back. Exceptional location, easily walk to restaurants, stores, etc. Great view from condo of ocean and surrounding hills. Amazed at how quiet it was, no neighbor noise. Plenty of room for three adult ladies for two days. Housekeeping needs to be improved. Found used cocktail swizzle stick and toy block on floor. White socks were gray after walking around condo floors. Dropped something on bathroom floor and when retrieving noticed the floor under the vanity hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Some maintenance issues need to be addressed. The entry door strike plate is falling off. The first morning we awoke to an open front door as the door didn’t latch. Luckily we had the chain secured. When leaving you really need to fuss with the door to get it secured. Master bedroom window screen really needs to be replaced.

Lovely Seaside Condo
We enjoyed the Seaside condo with beautiful ocean views. It was easy to locate and within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shopping, and more. We had a lovely two night stay and would recommend the condo to others.
