"Grand Welcome was very responsive. We loved the house! The view was amazing; there are no houses between you and the ocean and you can hear the ocean! The heated floors were wonderful. Wood fireplaces. Very new appliances. Enjoyed the pools. All three pools are open during off season now. Bring what spices and condiments you want. The markets up there are kind of expensive and there aren’t a lot of restaurants. The house had salt and pepper. It was a beautiful house. We truly enjoyed every minute of it! "
