"My $400 room was next to the IT room, with a buzzing sound which went on all night. They were aware of this as it didn’t surprise them when told at 6am, after a sleepless night. Compensation was $100 off the room. So, this on top of a very poor ventilated casino which you couldn’t get away from the cigarette smoke smell. Didn’t matter if you were in the non smoking area or not. Followed buy a quick breakfast sandwich in the morning which after asking for no cheese on it since I’m lactose intolerant. Yep, you guessed it! Had cheese on it and since it was to go order, I had to unstick the melted cheese before eating it. Honestly can’t say I’ll be returning."

"The most thing I was impressed was the check in staff!!! The lady call Jessy was extremely helpful and kind!!! Everything was perfect!!! My family and I had an amazing vacation!!! The towels were new and very clean!!! Also the water park well maintained!!!"

"Place was very clean. Shower had good water pressure and hot water. Good WiFi and comfortable bed. “Breakfast” was just bagels, muffins and coffee. Not what I was expecting and a little disappointing. "

"We did enjoy our stay however the hold for incidentals I find is a bit high for a 1 night stay 500 but I disputed and the attendant reduced to 300 which is still high and we travel quite a bit so I am familiar. Also the cost of a MULE drink $20.00. We did not attempt to dine because the restaurant was extremly costly too. They dont allow outside food unless you eat in your room. Never ever heard of this. The pool was great we enjoyed. We were in the area for an event which is why we chose to stay here. "
