"There are a lot of really excellent aspects of this property. The bedrooms and washrooms are great and there are 6\. Plenty for a large group of friends or family. The pool is great, nice patio, good sunshine and clean. It is easy to find the place and easy drive to Cefalu or to get anywhere in Sicily. There are a couple of good restaurants within walking distance. The outdoor dining areas are great. Things that could be better: there is no large room to sit inside other than the kitchen. We used the outdoor area next to the kitchen which was fine except when it rained hard. The beach is a good long walking distance away, if you are into that and the you had to drive to get groceries or a cafe etc. overall we enjoyed our time here and would recommend it if you are there to go to the beach or want to use it as a place to explore Sicily. "

"Poor choice by us booked 14days left after 6 days .. beach like a builders yard .. only one Resturant for dinner buffet average quality and limited choice poor wine selection staff don’t want be there .. no restaurants near hotel all 30+ mins away and poor quality.. nice pool .. bar ran like a 1980’s place poor choice of wine no draught beer limited bottles.. breakfast same everyday limited fresh fruit mainly tinned stuff couldn’t stay in this time warp .foe 14 days . room supposed to be garden view mainly a bunch of pebbles and a row of scruffy trees … we had to leave "

"The property is absolutely superb tucked away Inbetween olive groves on a private estate. The property is secure and secluded and you can really relax. The views are out of this world. The property has been sympathetically restored & is functional. The aircon is much needed & very welcomed. We were welcomed by the owner who was kind and informative. He gave us lovely olive oil. We also had fresh towels and bed linen halfway through our holiday which was good. Access in and out was secure behind an electronic gate so you fekt very safe. The location is great not far from two good supermarkets, restaurants, the beach and refuse holds all within 8 minutes. You can use the local train station Campofelice (it’s about 5 mins away & you can park for free in large carpark) to travel to Cefalù one way or Palermo the other way. The trains are clean, timely and efficient. The property is in a good location to drive inland or to Agrigento (3 hrs) for example. Go to Sperlinga and visit the castle in the rock. It is stunning, quiet and a lovely drive through Sicily. The road networks are easy. Only negatives I’d say would be there are loads of wasps around the property which is usual in Sicily. We had a lovely 10 days stay. Thank you. "

"Loved our stay here! We wish we spent more time here, especially with the donkeys and kittens coming to visit us. Ms Giusy was so lovely and on hand for anything we could have needed. You do need a car and there is a motorway behind the property. Thanks for a great stay - we would definitely come back to visit! "
