The 1.3-hectare garden/natural plot with its own lakeside dock, fire pit, and small wooded area is located in a truly tranquil setting at the end of the Altenhof district. A small forest path leads directly to the clear, clean waters of the lake, where you can jump from the dock into the cool water. The tranquil village has its own marina, a small beach promenade, boat rentals, and two public swimming areas.

Activities nearby: Lake Werbelin is extremely popular with anglers, as it is home to many fish species (including pike, perch, catfish, eel, roach, and tench), and there are numerous easily accessible fishing spots around the lake. Fishing from a boat is also permitted. Fishing licenses are available on site for a fee.
