"The room was ok. Check in and check out super smooth, the day time bartender Ky ( younger guy, pretty sure that's his name) he was nice and personable and friendly . However the replacement bartender , older woman was not nice at all. No courtesy or greeting whatsoever. I'm glad I got to close my tab and tip Ky before she came. We were going to stay and spend more but after the looks she was giving us we went down the road and spent elsewhere."

This was the best stay! The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was really good with plenty of options. The staff was friendly, and everything exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this place if you're visiting Schenectady, New York. I would definitely stay here again."
"The only issue we had was there were no towels in the pool area. But as soon as I let the staff know, it took about two minutes for them to fill the cabinet with towels."
