"No one at front desk checking in or out. Charged me double for 150 new maintenance fee for damages?!!! Added 150 to my room fee of 238 And On top of that a separate 150!!! Both charges need to come off. Manager argued with me. Laundry piled up up and down halls, and place looks deserted."

"We had a wonderful stay. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was convenient and safe. Breakfast was great. It was a nice quiet hotel. We loved the pool. Only extremely minor complaint was the clock by the pool didn’t work and the towels poolside were small . The pool was nice and warm though and my family loved it. Hotel was very clean. Would stay again anytime. "

"the room temperature in the room was only heat 74 and a/c 55 it was 38 out and they told us because it was unable to lower heat, we should use a/c, so I ended up shutting every thing OFF the tv had no local stations, some free apps that were awful and CNN who wants to watch that station"

"This hotel is in a great location if you have family or friends who live nearby. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean, with new fresh sheets, and new fluffy towels. The building and facilities are long past their prime and need to be renovated and have some serious attention. The bathtubs and shower surrounds are moldy and dirty. The rooms need new drapery and freshening up. The floors are very creaky, and the walls are merely suggestions in terms of keeping out the sounds that come from the hallway or other rooms. The free breakfast is pitiful and it’s best to go out even if down the road to Dunkin’ Donuts to get some real food."
