Very clean and quiet location. I was here in November, so much of it was closed this time of year, but very clean rooms. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful.
The cabin was hot and if you left windows open, you were infested with flies and mosquitos. The staff wasn't be helpful if you only spoke English. I don't care if they don't speak English, but they were rude and unlikely to help you at all. We would not go nack.
Prepaid room fee through this Hotels.com when I booked 1.5 months ago, reception stuff did NOT agree my prepaiment even sowing booking confirmation on the web page. I have lost more than half hour when Check out. and Not good communication give us very unconfortable.
No Wi-Fi in the room, even though it says they have it.
I was told I didn't book with breakfast, so I didn't go. When I needed to pay, they told me it's included. When I went there, I saw the lousiest breakfast I've seen in a while.
They didn't even supply me with soap.
