I like that they accepted our form of payment and there was no hassle getting booked. Despite the renovations going on, it wasn't anything that turned us away. My family would definitely stay there again. The breakfast is pretty good, nothing like complimentary.

Our room wasn’t too bad, a bit dated where the beds are, the bathroom was quite nice and clean. They definitely need new beds and pillows, the pillows were awful. It’s under renovation, so I’m sure over time the beds and pillows will be replaced. The sheets and linens were clean. No bugs at all, which is a good thing. When I first drove up, I was pretty apprehensive. But all in all it did the job as I was only there 1 night

Worst property I have ever stayed at. After booking I received email saying because I’m bringing pet to call them. I called them right away. However, just after it was too late to cancel booking I received second email saying they are under construction. Major construction. Rooms are only accessible from one door. The main entry door was beside my room on the other side of hotel. I was woken up at 9:30 pm 1am 3 am and so on. Never got to sleep just had roof over my head from rain for 172.00. People talking in hallway, knocking on doors. I heard all of it. I thought shouldn’t be this loud. Looked at door and there was 1 inch gap around 3 sides of door. Door was too small. Peep hole was 6 feet from bottom of door. Yes, I measured. I’m 5 feet tall. Breakfast was two different premade omelets, served on a bed of ice. Horrible sausage patty’s and the toaster burned my toast. I canceled my second night with good reason, but after my horrible stay and no sleep they had nothing to say and charged me full rate. I called the front desk 3 times. I showed front desk pictures of the door and the massive gap around it, and nothing. No response or “I’m sorry”. Nothing. Silent. Don’t stay here. Comfort inn you should be ashamed of how I was treated. I can’t believe you charged me $172.00 dollars for that room.

Unfortunately, when I needed help from maintenance staff, the staff stepped into my room with dirty shoes which make sen questions the general cleanliness of the carpet. The breakfast area was not well maintained or refilled in a timely manner and the garbage was overflowing. The washroom was clean and so was the bedding. The wifi kept cutting in and out I had to keep signing in every hour or so.
