"A truely characterful place with a genuine local feel to it. Views are great over the lake but would recommend trying to get a big room as possible. The rooms are quite outdated and in need of updating. The staires are steep and would not suit anyone with mobility issues. Evening meal is very good and served in Charlies next door. Breakfast is very good and served in the panoramic room at the top of Fulya. Parking is on the street nearby."

"The property is pet friendly which allowed me to bring my two cats.. I had a premium room which had an amazing view of the lake. The staff were very nice and helpful. The pension provided suhur and Iftar so I didn’t have to go searching and making reservations. Everything was good except that there were ants which seem to be an ongoing issue according to other comments. I had stayed in a different room a week earlier and that one had ants as well. Seems to be a seasonal issue. I understand that ants are difficult to get rid of but it can be a huge turn off for many. The other issue with this room was the sewer smell coming from the bathroom. My previous room didn’t have that. Also be aware that there are only 3/4 parking spaces out front. After that you park a block away and have to hike up an incline. "
