This spacious unit features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area suitable for 5 guests. Enjoy plenty of resting space with a sectional couch. Guests can appreciate the convenience of one and a half bathrooms, washer and dryer and two separate terraces with an outdoor seating area, a BBQ and a hammock.

Coco Sunset Hills is one of the most sought-after locations in the Las Palmas neighbourhood and is a gated community with 24/7 on site security.

The Coco Sunset complex provides ultimate convenience, with 6 luxurious, refreshing pools(!) and the expansive, breathtakingly beautiful beach is just a 3-minute walk away.

Any additional cars can be safely parked on the street outside the complex, where neighbourhood security constantly patrols.

Welcome to your spacious retreat at Coco Sunset Hills, a charming two-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo designed to ensure an amazing vacation experience. Tucked towards the end of the complex, this unit provides a sense of privacy while being conveniently close to one of the six pools the complex has to offer.

As you step onto the patio, you'll discover a delightful sitting area for four guests and a BBQ, perfect for cooking up delicious meals. Moving indoors, the main floor boasts a welcoming living room with ample seating for the entire family, a dining room table for six, a convenient workstation, and a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a large toaster oven, stove, double-door fridge, rice cooker, coffee maker, and blender—everything you need for a comfortable stay. The first floor also hosts a laundry area with a washer and dryer, along with a convenient half bath.

Ascending the stairs, you'll find a full bathroom complete with double sinks and a shower. The master bedroom awaits with a queen-size bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed, accommodating up to three guests, and offers ample storage space. Brand new air conditioning units in each room ensure a comfortable and refreshing atmosphere throughout the condo.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.

The unit is located on two floors. There are two small steps to the ground floor that features the living room and kitchen. The bedrooms and main bathroom are located on the second floor. This property might not be idea for guests with mobility difficulties.
