Great location

The location was great. Short walk to the beach and short walk to restaurants. The bed in the master bedroom had the biggest dip in the middle that I have ever seen. You could actually see it even when the bed was made. Furniture needs a definite upgrade. Stains on the couch. Kitchen chairs were unsteady.

Overall the room rental was great. The only down side is the limited are where you can put up your own tent due to hotel/condo beach hording.

Perfect location

Nice little gem in the heart of it all in Siesta Key…walking distance to the beautiful and peaceful Crescent Beach (make sure to take photos of it’s gorgeous sunsets), restaurants (Captain Curt has truly the best clam chowder anywhere, 7-eleven store, local boutique-supermarket, and much more. The apartment is very nice, clean, and has all that we needed. Will surely return here.

Unit 101E is old and needs an upgrade. The small bathroom sink was clogged during the entire stay, including the shower. I went to the offices 3 times during my stay, during business hours, and there was never anyone in the office. I left a note for the AC and the sink to be fixed- AC was taken care of but the sink stayed clogged. The property around the unit was nice, a very short walk to the beach. However, the beach area where we were allowed to be in was so small ( due to the Hyatt and other private beaches for their guests only) that it felt very cramped and forced us to go to another public beach. Very inconvenient given that these are beach vacation homes.

Friends Getaway

The location was perfect for the beach and restaurants/bars. The pools were nice and felt more resort like than other pools in the area. The condo was very comfortable and great for our group to relax and hangout when we weren’t at the beach or bars. This was a great place and we would definitely come back.

Great location!

This condo was the perfect location to walk to the beach, to walk to convenience stores as well as cafes, and to use the trolley to go to the village! The community pool and hot tub were great to use for taking a little break from the beach. The office managers were very accommodating and we were able to check in 2 hours early. The place was very clean, only small critique would be the bed was not super comfortable and one of the bathrooms had extremely low water pressure. Overall, we had a wonderful stay!

Perfect location, walking distance to beach and shopping, restaurants

The online picture is a bit different than the actual, but was still a good set up. The kitchen utensils, amenities were mostly dirty and we had to was them prior to use. (I also emptied all the large utensils and washed them when we left as most had old food stuck on them. ) We would also recommend that there is an additional shelf or storage in the bathroom, not much room for toiletries. Additionally, all checkout requirements should have been on the sheet received upon check in. I saw the email with additional requirements AFTER we had already checked out!

In town for a beach wedding

In town for a beach wedding. The location was PERFECT!! The condo was great! Clean and convenient to everything! The ladies in the office were very nice and helpful! We were only there for two nights so we didn’t use too much of the kitchen but it was well stocked as well as the laundry. This is a place we definitely could have stayed much much longer. We would definitely return and recommend to others!

Great short trip!

We needed something close to the beach for a couple days, and this was perfect and all we needed. Walking distance to restaurants, 150 yds to the beach, only wish they weren’t having unseasonably cold temps the 3 days we were there. Thanks!

The picture and furniture where different I think location is great but the place could use a new paint job and update pictures since the furniture was inaccurate. Walls were stained the tv stalls every two mins.

Fun at Siesta Key!

We had an enjoyable stay at the Beach Club for four days. We stayed in the front unit with only one neighbor, so it was very quiet, which we liked. We enjoyed having access to two pools, although we wished they would keep them a cooler temp. We also liked having private access to the beach within a minute’s walk. We also enjoyed being able to walk across the road to some good restaurants and hop on the trolley to go into the village. The condo itself is pretty spacious. It is furnished much like a hotel, though, with basic furnishings (not super comfy and homey). There are some pots, pans and plates etc. However, be prepared to bring all of your own food, spices, etc. There were plenty of towels and a few toiletries which was nice. The AC worked really well which was nice when coming in from a hot summer day. We have a few things that could be improved upon. 1.) The mattresses were subpar and fairly uncomfortable. Our king mattress squeaked very easily and really should be replaced with a higher end mattress. 2.) There were issues with water temp and pressure. The secondary bathroom had low water pressure in the shower. The bigger bathroom’s cold water faucet did not work. Also, I could only seem to get lukewarm water out of the kitchen faucet. Neither cold nor hot. 3.) The condo needs a deep cleaning and dusting. For example, the side tables in the secondary bedroom were covered in dust. Also, the dust ruffles on the beds have dust. For one of our family members with sensitive allergen issues, it was irritating. Overall, we had a very fun stay at the condo. Some improvements with bedding, furniture, and cleaning should be addressed.
