Great home base for Sarasota area

Perfect house for our family of 5. Easy drive to siesta beach and plenty of walkable places for coffee and food. House was stocked with everything we needed. Beach chairs could use a refresh, but pool was fully equipped and heated!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. This house had everything you would need for a perfect stay! Beach toys, pool toys, bikes, you name it! Fantastic location and so clean. Our two-year-old son couldn’t get enough of the pool! We will be back!

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful visit to the Sarasota/Siesta Key area. The home had all that we needed, including a warm pool that we used daily! We appreciated the cushioned lounge chairs and the grill to use when we cooked in. The beds were comfortable and the beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas were very handy to have. Thank you Judi for your hospitality and helping to make our vacation a wonderful one!

Fun in the sun

Our family of four plus grandparents spent a wonderful two weeks on this property. The house was clean, modest, and well-decorated and located on a quiet street in an older neighborhood. There was plenty of room for all of us; we were even able to rent a full-sized crib (as well as toys and beach gear) from A to Z Rental (rentfromatoz.com), which was one of Judi’s recommendations. Our favorite part was the large covered outdoor patio and the heated pool! The kids were in there every afternoon. This place is minutes from the grocery stores and Marshalls and a 10 minute drive to Siesta Beach. The only disappointment for us on this trip was the presence of red tide in the ocean, especially on our first visit to the beach. There was a slight improvement over the course of the two weeks. But at least we could enjoy ourselves in the pool :) .

Nice quiet relaxing vacation

This is a great place to stay. The neighborhood is very quiet, and is conveniently located near stores and some great restaurants. We spent a lot of time in the heated pool, and hanging out in the screened in lanai. Also did some bike riding in the neighborhood with the bicycles that were provided. The property host is very easy to contact, and a great person to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to book this property again!

Fun and sun!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay during the month of February. The location was perfect. Walking distance to the food store, biking distance to Detwiler’s farmers market and a short ride to siesta key beach. The pool made the vacation even more enjoyable. When our grandchildren visited every morning they were in the pool. The home has everything one could need for a carefree vacation. We loved staying there and would love to come back again. Thank you for the hospitality and for sharing your lovely home.

Comfortable Home

This is a tidy, well kept, attractive home in a quiet neighborhood. Though the house is not big, we wanted for nothing. There was enough seating in the living room, in the dining room, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Gulf Estates is an older Sarasota neighborhood. While not on the beach it is a 5 minute drive to Crescent Beach. 5 minute walk to a dozen little restaurants. All the ones we tried were great.

Overall the property was clean and neat. It is very close to nice beaches and excellent restaurant. A few minor items needed repair and these were handled by the manager virtually immediately. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful and inviting home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was located so conveniently to restaurants, beaches and attractions. Tried some of the restaurants and the Mote Aquarium that had been suggested by the owner and loved them. We would definitely love to return to this property in the future.

Easy check in and out. The property was just as expected. Very nice and clean. It was perfect for myself, husband and our three children. The pool is perfect for kids and adults. The bicycles and beach toys, towels and chairs were very nice to have already at the house. House is about a 10 minute drive to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and stores close.

This is a great house. I loved the openness of the kitchen and living room which then leads right to the pool area. There is a huge bin full of pool noodles, rafts, and other toys. The pool can be heated with a brand new heater for cooler months but it was perfect temperature for our stay in June. The linens and beds are all very comfortable. Everything was clean and decorated very tastefully. A beach umbrella, three beach chairs, insulated cooler, boogie board, and sand toys are all provided. The only thing I felt I was missing was a laundry basket to carry things to the garage where washer and dryer are located. I want to thank Judi for letting us stay in this beautiful house. And especially for having a four night minimum stay. Sometimes I can only get away for a long weekend and it's hard to find a place this nice. Most are 7 night minimum stays. I will definitely be back!

Excellent vacation home

From the moment we arrived we knew we made the right decision booking this rental home. The location was excellent. Close to everything, grocery store, shopping and 5 guys! And Siesta Key beach is only 5 min drive. We especially love the pool and the home was exceptionally clean! A few things were missing and we let the owner know for next time. We will be back again!

Great getaway

This was a wonderful vacation home. Heated pool is the highlight as well as a well stocked pantry. Judi was great with communication. Would consider this home again in the future. But note to others - there is only basic air channels for the TV, but has smart TVs to use your own Hulu and Netflix accounts.
