KIng in Master Bed, 2-twin in guest room, sleeper sofa (queen) in living room, sleeps 6\. Master bedroom, kitchen, lanai (casual dining area) have spectacular direct ocean view (gulf of Mexico) and the sunset. New interior (remodeled 2013), new kitchen, new master bath, new bamboo floor, new wall and ceiling, new furniture. (nearly all new). washer / dryer; Indoor parking (1 car), extra parking outdoor, Unit on 2nd floor above the office/club, which offers tons of amenities. Tortuga is not a typical rental property. All units are family owned, only a small portion of the homes are available for rental. Small number of regular renters usually come year after year. During off peak season (May - December, minus the holidays), the place is very quiet. Your family may enjoy the pool, sauna, club, backyard, barbecue, and the beach almost as your own. Since retiring, we have been to several VRBOs in Florida but this was one was by far the best one yet. It is spacious and comfortably furnished. The beds are comfortable, there were plenty of towels for home and beach. We eat at home for most meals and the kitchen is very well appointed. Although there is a beautiful formal dining room, we ate all of our meals at the lovely dining area in the lani so we could enjoy the view of the Gulf. It is very spacious and has everything you need including beach chairs and bicycles. Not sure what they were thinking in positioning the pool. It is half under the building. This wouldn't be a problem but it seems the last two buildings shadow the outside portion. Unfortunate but necessary maintenance was very noisy throughout visit, taking place outside 8 am monday through Friday. On a positive note the condo is near the end of the quiet partion of Diesta Key. Lovely walk every day! Free trolley to village was perfect! Lots of stores, pubs, etc.. ##### joyce c.
