Ideally located, Roscoff Brittany .Maison road in a quiet area within 70m of a white sandy beach, facing the island of Batz. This newly renovated house offers a charming stopover in Leonard country. For more comfort the wifi is free to you. For athletes, it is noted that the GR 34 passes close to the rental and is easily accessible. In addition, to have a privileged access to the sea, our house is close to shops (less than one km from the town, the supermarket, ...) and offers you all comfort for a great holiday .dropoff window 'dropoff Window

Special Finistère pet-friendly escape
Owners were very welcoming to their beautifully presented house just 100m from one of Santec's charming beaches. Fenced garden, great for our little dog. Any questions we had were quickly attended to. Comfortable, tastefully decorted house with every possible comfort and kitchen appliance and utensil. WiFi was sadly intermittent but all else was good.

1st impressions of Brittany
The house is in easy reach of the port and for us as 1st time drivers in France this suited us. You are just over a quiet road from the beach. The beach is great and has plenty of rock pools for children to explore. The house is set in the grounds of a farm house and does have an outside area but it's not that big. The house was clean and has all you need apart from bedding and towels. These are charged as extras which we did not realise until a couple of weeks before we travelled. We also had to make all our beds on arrival which again we were not expecting to have to do. The bedding provided was not what I would class as hotel grade which was disappointing and not what was expected for the money €10 each.

Maison en pierre avec beaucoup de charme proche d’une belle plage
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine. La maison est bien agencée et très bien entretenue. Le bord de mer est très beau et l’on peut faire de belles balades sur le sable blanc ou sur le GR 34 en fonction de la marée. Le jardin est très agréable, on a pu manger à l’extérieur. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, vous pouvez réserver sans aucune hésitation

Prestation décevante
La maison est bien située, juste à côté de la plage. Les conseils de visites et de restaurants par les propriétaires à l'arrivée sont appréciables.
Cependant, nous mettons la note de 2/5 à cause de la literie tachée d'humidité - tous les matelas et sommiers (problème déjà connu des propriétaires), la vaisselle à compléter (bols) voire à remplacer (poêles) et le ménage qui aurait mérité d'être approfondi à notre arrivée (sol non lavé, coussins de fauteuils tachés, toiles d'araignées dans les chambres). Nous avons demandé à régler la consommation d'électricité sur facture, ce qui n'a pas plu à la propriétaire qui nous a accusé d'être des "mauvais payeurs" à notre départ.

Das Ferienhaus war sauber und mit liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Auch die Nähe zum Meer und die nähere Umgebung waren schön.
Leider trübte die Übergabe am Abreisetag den gesamten Aufenthalt erheblich.
Es folgte ein Preisschock mit einer hohen Stromnachzahlung für 6 Tage . Und das obwohl lediglich 3 Heizkörper am Abend für ein paar Stunden eingeschaltet wurden . Des weiteren wurde einfach irgendwo abgelesen und am Abreisetag hat die Vermieterin uns einfach irgendwas pauschal zusammengerechnet.? Den Zählerstand/ Zählerkasten habe ich persönlich nie zu Gesicht bekommen. Das der Strom separat bezahlt werden muss erfuhren wir erst Vorort. So etwas habe ich bisher auch noch nicht erlebt! In der Beschreibung steht das Handtücher in der Unterkunft vorhanden sind. Vorort gab es lediglich 3 Handtücher für die Hände. ? Wir hatten Aufgrund der Beschreibung auf fewodirekt.de auch keine Handtücher/Badetücher mitgenommen . Also mussten wir am Ankunftstag Handtücher/ Badetücher dazubuchen die wir dann am Abreisetag auch noch teuer bezahlen durften.
Die Vermieterin versteht jedoch kein Englisch. In der Annonce steht jedoch das die Verständigung auf Englisch möglich sei! Leider konnten wir Aufgrund fehlender Englischkenntnisse der Vermieterin auch nicht die Zusammensetzung der Nachzahlung verstehen sodass wir schweren Herzens bezahlt haben. Es fühlte sich sehr nach einer Abzocke an und betrübte unsere Urlaubsstimmung sehr. Aufgrund dessen würde ich diese Unterkunft nie wieder besuchen.
