"Hotel was easily located and in the center of Inner Harbor- walking distance to restaurants, CFG Arena, and local entertainment. The common areas of the hotel were clean. The room was mediocre. It had no fridge or couch in a king room, a huge disappointment. The window was very small and there was barely any lighting- it felt like a college dorm room. Did not feel it was appropriately advertised online."

"The hotel is in a prime location at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore, MD. The price is also very reasonable given the location. Was pleasantly surprised with my standard King room - tall ceilings and faux balcony that permitted opening of the balcony doors for fresh air. I would rate this stay higher if it wasn't for the lobby music that was playing late into the night, past midnight, that could be heard from the 3rd floor. The hotel layout has an inner, covered lobby space in the middle and all the rooms are at the perimeter. So, the lobby music can be heard throughout the hotel. Ironically, there was no music playing that loudly when I checked out at 9am the next day. Please, consider lowering the volume past 10pm so guests can sleep more comfortably. Thanks."

"The room was cold I couldn't control the temperature, the sofa has some wears and tears and it was so dirty . The bed was comfy,the kitchen was nice and the bathroom was clean, the breakfast was good Amber who works in dining area was friendly and professional she greeted you with a warm friendly smile.Theres a 7-Eleven right across the street I would suggest you be careful especially at night drug addicts and homeless people are the area asking for money I would be careful with that cause they be watching to see where u keep your money..John Hopkins is in walking distance and metro train to take to the inner harbor.."

"I would like to make a suggestion that when you offer the breakfast buffet or off the menu there be a sign as you enter that makes it clear the cost and that is just for the buffet or the menu. There are many hotels that the buffet is included in the price of the hotel. Understandably there can be some confusion. Our breakfast off the menu was very good and LaTonya was very accommodating!"

"This is an old hotel in a lower/mid neighborhood. They don't allow bag checking or early check in. The rooms were old but clean and functional. Price is readonable. You check in through a well worn hole in the glass and must make a cash deposit of $50. Some will be put off by this but it met my needs for the price."
