The Space:

Welcome to The Brown Lounge by Kismet Properties of 30A!

Soft coastal breezes and the sound of waves set the tone for your stay in this inviting retreat just steps from the sugar-white sand. Spend leisurely mornings biking along 30A's scenic trails, afternoons splashing in the pool, and evenings gathered on the screened patio while the grill sizzles nearby. From beach access across the street to the welcoming community atmosphere, every moment here connects you with the relaxed rhythm of Seagrove Beach.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1 – 1st Floor – King Bed – Private Bath (Shower/Tub Combo)

Bedroom 2 – 1st Floor – King Bed + Twin Bunk Beds – Hall Bath

Primary Suite – 2nd Floor – King Bed + Day Bed & Trundle– Ensuite Bath with Soaking Tub



Kitchen & Dining:

Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary cookware and tableware — ready for cooking in during your stay.

Barbecue utensils and a grill make outdoor dining easy.

Connectivity: Free Wi-Fi, Smart TV in the main living area

Check-In/Out: 4 PM / 10 AM

Bath Essentials: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 sets of bath towels per guest

Kitchen Amenity Box: 2 laundry pods, 2 dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap, plus 1 roll of paper towels

Toiletries: Travel-size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in each bathroom

Note: These are starter supplies for your arrival and are not restocked during your stay. For longer stays, we recommend packing extras or picking some up nearby — full suggestions are in your digital guidebook.

Seaside Town Square: Just 1.3 miles away — an easy walk or bike ride

Pet Policy: $175 nonrefundable fee per dog (2 dog limit, all dogs must be approved),

Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
