    Sleeping up to 6 people, this 3rd floor east corner unit has a king bedroom, hall bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer.

    Your stay at Palms C11 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! one ticket per day, per activity! (over $800 in nightly value) Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

    A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Fantastic location

I have stayed on 30A 4 times now and this was by far my favorite location. Seagrove is great and I loved having the balcony overlooking the ocean. The place was really clean and bed was really comfy. Perfect size for 1 couple.

Condo was clean, but the hall carpet needs replacing as there were quite a few stains. The exterior of the side windows had green algae on them so that was more of a visual problem than an unclean issue. The property is centrally located on 30A allowing one to get to restaurants all up and down 30A. Word of caution when vacationing in July - very crowded which made driving on 30A challenging. Favorite activity was taking an airboat ride with Wild Thang Airboat Tours. Favorite place for donuts was Dough Sea Dough.

Honest Opinion…

We have stayed at multiple Palms Condos, and we LOVE the location of The Palms & proximity to the ocean, but this by far was the most unpleasant of all those stays. I noticed the buildings were built in the 80s & this particular condo, C11, is certainly showing it’s wear & tear. Carpet was extremely worn (needs to be removed), paint chipping everywhere, very old decor (sun-bleached art), a half dead roach in the pots & pans, rickety fans, extremely loud dish washer, burn smell when turning on the heater, but worst of all…the black mold. I have reactive airways disease & by night two I was having a difficult time breathing. Noted black mold growth on most all of the vents & surrounding ceiling (that has been covered up by paint). Also mold growth on the wall of the primary bedroom which is terrible because you’re sleeping right under it. The actual location is amazing, as always, but C11 I would never return to. It’s a shame because they got some great bones to build upon!

I’ve been staying at Palms of Seagrove for years and till now it’s been good. The carpet was dirty and stained roaches in the kitchen. The 2 chairs on the balcony were rusted out and probably dangerous to sit on. I noticed the rusty chairs have been reported on previous reviews and nothing done. Great views of the Gulf and great location.

Would recommend for future patrons' comfort that a blackout shade be placed in bedroom window to keep light out from outside night light. "Declutter the living room end table for better use. Remove the decorative table on other side of couch and put a usable end table. Too many breakables on those tables. Not very child friendly.

Reviewer Comments: We've stayed many times at the Palms and this was by far the worst experience. We called Benchmark and told them the toilet in the hallway wasn't flushing.We had to lift the top of the tank and pull up the plunger in order for it to flush.Also, our chairs on the balcony were extremely dangerous because the legs were rusted off/ had jagged edges and were extremely scary to sit on.The hallway toilet, the broken dangerous patio chairs, and the toilet in master bedroom were all reported to Benchmark.The maintenance person came the following evening and left a note stating he brought new chairs and fixed toilets.We went to use the toilets and they didn't work! Again, I called Benchmark and a lady said she would note the problem and have someone out right away.Thw next day 9/24 again NO ONE showed up.I called to complain AGAIN and she said she would send someone out.Our vacation was over 9/25 and couldn't believe we had to flush the toilet by hand, sit on cheap plastic chairs ( atleast they had legs) and watch the master toilet swirl taking forever to flush.Extremely disappointed and am waiting for a response from Benchmark on how they intend to correct our disappointment in the Palms C11

Reviewer Comments: The unit was nice, clean and bright. service from Benchmark was great. I have been vacationing in the area for 30+ years on and off. The city of Seaside has seen changes in The past 2 or 3 years that are not positive in my opinion. You can no longer access Seaside from the beach, they have locked gates at all Beach entry points. This really disappoints me as I really like walking the beach to get dinner in town and shop. The area is being seriously overbuilt, and has lost a significant amount of its small town charm. They also have changed the laws so now many beached behind private residences are been deemed private and have signs posted that you cannot be there. This makes the limited public beaches more crowded that’s I have ever seen them. All in all I think they may have ruined this area, at least for me.
