« We stayed here during our Miami trip and booked 5 nights, but left after the first night.
The place was not clean at all. Towels and blankets were dirty, and the apartment looked very different from the photos. The toilet was also not working, and there were several other issues, which is why we didn’t want to stay.
Because of these problems, we requested a refund, but the host refused to give any refund.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend staying here. There...

« Absolutely without a doubt the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever been in. Not one surface in this place is clean. The beds are riddled with bed bugs. The walls have a land lord special paint job. The molding on the walls is chipped and broken. The blankets had dead bugs and dirt throughout. The fitted sheet on the bed was ripped. The back board for the bed had stains all over it.
