« Haller was excellent and easy to work with. The Accommodations were exceptionally clean, amenities provided were anything we could have needed, and the location was perfect with easy access to downtown and also the hwy for our many trips in the area. My 95 year old mother commented on every detail with highest praise, and claimed she’d slept better than she had in years! « This was a perfect VRBO for our family of four! We loved the location, decor, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and outdoor seating options. The communication from the property management company was excellent and checkout was easy. We will definitely try to stay in this unit or another Haller Coastal Homes property if another opportunity arises for us to visit Santa Barbara again! »

« Our second visit from 6 months ago. Still very nice apartment located within easy walking distance to the Funk Zone and the beach. Street parking is easy during the week and there are 2 spaces in the back although it does take some parking skills to maneuver in the back. Well appointed apartment with comfortable sofa. We’ll return again if we are lucky enough to find ourselves in Santa Barbara again. »

« We just stayed here with a group of 10 and honestly nobody wanted to leave. The house was absolutely immaculate and spotless from top to bottom. Every detail of the home was beautifully designed inside and out, and the pictures truly do not do it justice.The kitchen was perfect for cooking and had every utensil and appliance you could possibly need. The pool was amazing, the movie room was incredible, and the entire property was extremely well maintained. You can tell the owners really care...
