« On the beach- it felt like people were walking on your front garden. Beautiful home and everything thought of- tea bags, coffee and wine included. Great communication throughout. Clean, washing machine and bleach etc all there. Loved it and it’s location. Parking a bit of a bother and luck (being in October!) »

« Despite the slightly “patchy” weather, we had a wonderful time at Wave Cottage. The view is a delight and the cottage itself is very well equipped - we wanted for nothing (apart from sun). The village shop is amazing and we appreciated the owners recommendations of where to eat/drink. Having the dogs with us by the sea was the icing on the cake. Thank you so much. « We had the most wonderful few days staying at Driftwood cottage, such a beautiful cosy home away from home. The house had everything we needed, and there were even some lovely welcome goodies on arrival. Was lovely to be right on the beach, the view from the master bedroom was stunning to wake up to every morning. A blissful stay. Hopefully will return in future! »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a lovely beach vibe and has everything you need. The location is great - just across the road from the beach and close to Sandgate's coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. Nikki was very quick to respond to questions before we booked, and our dog really appreciated the welcome treats. »

« Bereits von draussen macht die Wohnung keinen guten Eindruck. Drinnen war noch schlimmer, der Ofen war total verdreckt, staub überall and eine schlechte Ausstattung. Die Wegbeschreibung war irreführend und enthielt nicht mal die Kodenummer für den Schüsselbox, der auch nicht schriftlich erwähnt wurde. Der Verwalter, cottages.com, hat schonmal für eine andere Wohnung schlechte Arbeit geleistet. Der Urlaub ist dennoch gut gelungen, trotz grotten schlechter Ferienwohnung. »

« Lovely place, location, decor etc.. Unfortunately the shower would not drain and would have caused flooding if we had continued to use. The sink and bath in the other bathroom were also slow to drain. The owner was aware before we arrived but could not find a plumber during the three nights of our stay. »
