« The hotel is under renovations. Bathroom needs a refreshment and better cleaning before guests arrival for sure. In this condition the services to customers are lacking. We were not initially informed that we had to explicitly request room maintenance or towel exchanges. We stayed at the hotel three nights, not once did personnel come in for cleaning, trash bins or anything. This said, the room, beds, pool and breakfast were fine. Location is very good as well. Good luck with renovations,...
