« The host called immediately to welcome us and urged us to contact them for any assistance needed. Very clean and well designed! This was the best stocked rental ever! Above and beyond! Exceptional pet friendly. The gate at the top of the stairs allowed our dog to enjoy outdoors and freely roam the entire balcony. When we return to this area, this home will be our first choice! »

« We had a great time at this house. Beautiful views, really cool layout and an above ground pool. The game room/loft was unusable due to it having a terrible sewer gas all through the room - coming from the shower drain. Luckily we didn't need to use that portion of the house but if you have a large group and need the space make sure they've fixed the problem. Wish we could have played the arcade game and hung out in there. In the main house they have another living room space with two futons....

« The house is beautiful. The cold water on the outdoor shower wasn’t working so we were unable to use it and had to go in the house sandy. I let the owner know they said they would fix it for the next guest. I would rate our stay a 4.5 out of 5. If the cold was water was working I would have given it a 5 out of 5. Everything was perfect this weekend. The beach is walking distance from the property. We walked to the beach day and night and the neighbors are quiet. »

« This home is not accurately depicted in the listing and the pictures are old. It is in horrible condition. My husband was shocked by the faulty and unsafe wiring outside, the boards on the upper deck were so warped and had so many missing nails that several boards to the came out when you stepped on them. One of the walls on the interior of the home had a water leak and the Sheetrock was saturated and water was pooling in the floor. The two outlets on the wall had water in them. The floors...

« Very clean but the microwave did not work and the refrigerator was not getting very cold, we were tired so we didn’t switch rooms. Very good for the price, just could use a few improvements. Staff is very friendly. »
