The Hyatt House is a great place to stay! It’s located very close to the T-Mobile Center, and Condados beach. They have a shuttle that runs daily from 9 am to 5:30 pm that takes you to old San Juan, a beach and the T-Miobile Center. Ubers are also readily available during the day and very reasonable. This hotel is super clean. Has a great breakfast and has staff that are very friendly and always ready to help! Will stay again!

Perfect safe hotel for a family vacation to Puerto Rico. Easy walking distance to restaurants and events and free shuttle into Old San Juan. Excellent parking for a rental car is an added bonus

Loved the stay here I just wish it had more things to do around it. The rooms were nice and clean and the pool was also nice I just wish they had a jacuzzi.

The worst service I’ve ever received at a hotel. They didn’t want to provide daily housekeeping service. After begrudgingly agreeing to do so it would only be done until the afternoon everyday. The lady at the omelette station was super rude and made the smallest and stingiest omelettes ever. The cleaning staff at the dining room were also rude. The safe box didn’t have battery. The WiFi didn’t work any day in the room. Not even after several complains.

We celebrated our 40th Anniversary. Our stay was so Pleasant. The Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet gave us a good start to each day. The shuttle was convenient going to T mobile district , the Beach and Old San Juan. We would stay there again. Book it.

Liked the property as a whole. Room was 2 hours late being ready. In house dining was very iffy. Food was decent. It took 1 hour to get food. They were very short staffed. Bartender was chef as well.

I've had a lot free of hotel breakfasts but this one was positively dreadful. No lunch or dinner options -- only a long walk to the Sheraton. Waited an hour for the shuttle in old town to return to the Hyatt. The whole place seemed overpriced, worn and can't compete. Don't be fooled by the pictures.

Highly recommend
We checked into a horrible airbnb and needed to find alternate accommodations immediately. I spoke with Sarah at Hyatt House after booking on hotels.com and she said we could store our luggage there before check-in and use the free shuttle. She even called us a cab. Service was great. Room was great. Nothing bad to say about our stay here.

The staff is very friendly, will go out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible and the property is clean and up to date. We stayed in a suite for the extra space. It was worth it and reasonable im price. Will definitely stay here again!

On the first night of my arrival at the hotel, I encountered several issues. There was only one thin blanket provided for the sofa bed, and there were no fitted sheets, flat sheets, and extra pillows. I called the front desk several times and finally, a guy answered my call. The front desk asked me why I need extra blanket and sheets, and I explained that the room was cold, the sofa bed was not very clean and two persons needed to sleep on the sofa bed. The front desk told me that he was the only one present now and asked me to wait. Despite waiting for more than one hour and feeling very sleepy, I had to go down to the front desk again, only to find no one was there. After waiting for some time, the guy finally returned and looked annoyed. He gave me the sheets, but I found the sheets were damp when I unfolded them in the room. I had to go down to the front desk again and the guy told me that damp sheets are Hyatt Standard as they supposedly made it easier to cover the bed. I did not believe what he told me and insisted on getting new ones. Eventually, he reluctantly provided me with another new sheet which turned out to be very dry. Despite the unpleasant experience, the sofa bed was not comfortable. The quality of room service varied, with some days being clean and some days not. Additionally, the hotel's advertised swimming pool on Expedia looks so beautiful, turned out to be a tiny outdoor pool. The breakfast ends at 9AM. Make sure to get up early during weekends.
