We attended Rose Bowl parade and it turned out to be very convenient for that event. It's also close to Huntington gardens and museums. We landed in a good place in this condo! »

« Rental was great. Plenty of room for our family. Comfortable family room for hanging out. Well stocked kitchen. Appreciated the laundry in the unit. Parking was easy. Bathroom shower off the hallway has a bad leak and the floor was soaked. Love the location, we could walk to Starbucks and many fun restaurants. »

« Although Properly close to Downtown and had a private gate and quiet neighborhood; the standard to be a 4 start rate property it’s too far away. Had Broken curtains, non matching towels, missing shower door, ants infestation, unclean refrigerator, unmatched silverware and pots and pans.
Owner needs to do some research how to improve property values. »

« The property was delightful. It was close to the continuing center which was what we needed. It was a little confusing to find little grocery spots and stuff, but we figured it out. The rooftop pool was awesome and it didn't matter when we were out, someone was cleaning. I loved that. The door men were super accommodating and friendly. The parking was easy after I figured it out. The curtains were super good at keeping out the light and heat. The washer dryer was larger than other properties. »

« So clean inside! The living room was comfortable. We parked at Joes parking lot and was 40 for overnight. The outside downtown area is usually busy but the inside of the building felt safe. Was able to access the rooftop easily. Had an overall nice stay. »
