"The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the cleaning staff was kind and thorough. The hot tub was a little too green for my liking, but we did go in it (the kids insisted) and we did not get any skin or eye issues as a result. The pool was clean. The front desk staff was surly and distracted. The daytime shuttle driver was unfriendly and unhelpful, though there was another fill-in driver who was kind. The free shuttle to Disneyland was not offered for 7 hours in the middle of the day, and when it was offered, it was just once per hour. Since we arrived midday, we took the city bus instead of the hotel's shuttle (which was cheap and convenient), and then we were lost when we tried to take the hotel shuttle home, as the directions for where to pick up the shuttle outside of Disneyland were confusing, and the staff at the hotel could not clarify enough when we called to ask them. We were able to plan around it after we understood the hotel schedule and pick-up point, but the fact that no one gave us even a tentative schedule when I called ahead (even the day before check-in) meant that we were confused and disoriented at first. It would be helpful to get a tentative schedule before our visit began. The food at the breakfast was ok, but could have been fresher. I appreciated having a fridge and microwave in the room."

"All Flash-No Substance I recently stayed here for a ridiculous sum of money ($547 for ONE night-only because my preferred hotel didn't have anything available. Let me count the ways Cambria failed: 1. When I called the hotel to request shuttle pick up, I was told that they have no airport shuttle. My search on Expedia included hotels with a shuttle and an included breakfast. When I arrived at the hotel after paying for an Uber on top of the charge for my room, I was told that "the 3rd party listings for our hotel are incorrect - they even state we have a pool when we don't. I've told my manager about this issue but nothing has been updated." 2. No room service - for $547/night, there SHOULD be room service. Had to order dinner via an app and then was notified that my order was ready. No food came so I went to the lobby to check on my order. I was told there's no delivery because there was one guy staffing the bar area and one to cook food. 3. When I ordered on the app, I wasn't informed that items we wanted to order were out - only found that out when I went to the lobby to pick up our order. Then, I asked to be credited back for the items that weren't available, I was told, "I'll try." After about 10 minutes of wrangling with the system, he finally got the 2 out-of-stock items off the bill while our food was growing colder by the minute. 4. Bathroom door in room was so noisy it woke us up at night when someone went to use it. 5. There's more but I'm out of characters."

"Normal inn quality. Friendly staffs. Be aware shuttle is by booking only. It was on time the first day of my stay. But on our check out date, it was late in the morning and it was no show for pick up back to hotel. We called the driver at scheduled time and replied will be late in 5 mins. We called again after almost 30 mins and this time he said the car was broken down and call us already. We checked and there is no message. Anyway.."
