The owner was incredibly helpful too. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and activities. I recommend renting bikes downstairs, eating at Kono’s and spending a day at Belmont Park! It is tightly secured and has underground parking. If I had one complaint it would be the parking situation. The location is hard to beat and most anything you could need is within walking distance. The food that is nearby is a definite must. Breakfast Republic and 710 Bar & Grill Club were two of our favorites. The beach access for us was second to none. My daughter and I stayed at this condo as a vacation for us before she began her first year attending college. SD has forever been our favorite place to visit and thankfully we came across this listing. From the get-go, Gary was extremely thorough and easy to communicate with. Upon our arrival, the condo was clean and WELL supplied with items we may need. The views from both the living area and master bedroom were stunning. The beds were very comfortable and the provided fans were enough to drown out any noise from below and kept us cool. There were so many things to see and do within walking distance, we hardly drove at all! It’s clear that Gary puts immense care into his property and his guests. The interior is very well appointed and the location is perfect, just steps from the beach. We had some live music across the street on the weekends, but it was minimal with the doors closed.
