« This was a beautifully appointed room, with plenty of space to relax, great coffee, wonderful bedding, superb bathroom, and plenty of towels. There was nothing that I didn't like; it was perfect, and the entry directions to the building and room were absolutely clear and easy to understand. The only thing I did not understand was how to use the smaller television remote control--the one with access to premium channels. »

« The views from the property are wonderful - a camera can’t capture how close the Palazzo Vecchio and Duomo are. Lovely bathroom, and comfortable bed. We loved dining looking at the lights come on all over Florence. Communication was easy. Thank you Serena for an unforgettable stay. »

« The best thing is the location, and the accommodations were good. Having read the reviews we knew what to expect and were not surprised. The downsides were mainly the six flights of stairs and the fact that the bathroom is shared. Antonio was accommodating and offered good advice about what to see and where to eat. A couple things that could be done easily to improve the stay for guests would be to provide some closet and/or drawer space and to have a clear place in the bathroom for a guest...

« The accomodation at Montegabbro allowed us a vacancy both within a calm, natural environment at the end of a small road and nearness to major sights in Tuscanny, such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Firenze etc.. « We stayed for a week. The apartment location was central to everything in one of the popular piazzas in the city. Unfortunately there were a few issues such as the shower being so tiny it was hard to even turn around (smaller than a cruise ship shower), no toilet seat on the toilet in the first bathroom, and the screens on the windows were broken/torn. This was important because we couldn’t turn the air conditioner on due to the dates we stayed and the laws in Florence which meant we had to keep...

Pas de barbecue pas de bouilloire électrique. 3salles de bain annoncées et en fait que une avec toilettes bouchées. Tout du parking qui s’effondre ? Belle vue oui … Discussion avec les hôtes qui sont de mauvaise foix et ne reconnaissent pas ces manquements J’espère qu’abritel nous entendera et fera un geste … »
