We did not used the hot tub, it was not flush to the deck, with no railing attached and was set back like half a foot, seemed like a slip and fall risk. The back door and basement door were unlocked when we were looking around the house, that made us a little uncomfortable. We did have a great time and really enjoyed the back deck with an amazing view of the night sky."
