House was comfortable and easy. Pool area was refreshing and basic. Dune access is right in front If the house. A little steep crossing but to be expected. Close to the blue whale and waves for groceries 4 bedrooms on the lower level with 2 bathrooms. Main level where kitchen is has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Lots of puzzles. Management company provides minimum supplies to start: 1 roll of paper towel, 3 rolls of tp. The house was just right for our large group of ten people. The kitchen and living area were spacious and open and we took full advantage of all the decks. We could see and hear the ocean from the top deck and watched the sun rise every morning. The path to the beach was right outside our door and we put it to good use, visiting the beach every day we were there. The beaches were sandy and beautiful. The house was excellent. Very roomy and good location. Couple of suggestions: need a new toaster, putting labels on light/fan switches to say what they go to (many, many switches in the house), maybe have housekeeping or maintenance check to see if Direct TV works during changeover. It was not working when we arrived. Maintenance arrived on Monday and couldn't fit it so DirecTV came a couple of days later to fix it (dish was not aligned properly). Nov 11, 2021 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Late Season Fun Our group of 9 went down last week of October of 2021 and it was great! House was the perfect size for 4 couples and my youngest daughter and 2 dogs. Weather was warm for this time of year and we spent most evenings on the upper decks watching the sunset over the sound and the moon rise over the ocean. Plenty of room to gather together in the great room and decks or to find a quiet spot when you get peopled out. Easy, short, private walk to the beach. If you get a beach driving access pass it's a quick 5 minute drive up from the ramp across from Salvo day use area. Quite handy for those days when you bring a ton of chairs and beach toys and fishing equipment. All in all a great vacation with some wonderful people and the house is well laid out and quite comfortable. ##### Jim L.
