« My husband, son and I stayed there for a lacrosse tournament at Stony Brook. The apt. was very clean and perfect for 2-3 people. The AC is run by the main house and when it got a little warm the first day I reached out to Stu and he and his wife quickly lowered the temp for us and it was perfect. « Wonderful 2nd time staying at this location. Easy walk to the beach and great restaurants in ocean bay park. Biggest issue was not having anyone to text with questions. At other properties we have stayed we could contact the owners- Vacasa didn’t allow for this here. When the codes given to us didn’t unlock the bicycles we needed, it took a long time to get a hold of someone and the people who texted back gave generic answers and couldn’t help. They gave us the same code we had already received....

« The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location! »
