Pets are OK! (See House Rules) The space Ground floor with private outdoor entrance giving you direct access to your condo. Located in a historic 5 unit building downtown Salt Lake City. Fully remodeled! 9 ft ceilings! Solid surface flooring, full kitchen and bath. New Mitsubishi mini splits installed 2022\. New windows 2021. This is a 500 sq ft space with a great layout. Comfortable for 4 guests. We have added a single sofa sleeper to allow a 5th guest as a crash pad/city basecamp. Guest access You have the whole 500 sq foot condo until to yourself. There is a bike rack, shared patio, and picnic area with bistro lights in the back of the property. Other things to note Cool historic building built circa 1905 . Fully updated. 9 foot ceilings.
