« The property is small, yet clean and well kept. However, there’s a few rough patches that need to be worked on1. The water heater is pretty loud, it sounds like someone is running a washing machine the whole night2. There’s a Kurig machine but absolutely no pods!3. The bathroom has no hook/rack for towels or clothes. And the shower curtain is shorter than needed, so the floor is wet after shower4. Last but not least, THE CENTRAL HEATER DIDNT WORK the entire 3-day stay while it was snowing...

« If you require peace and quiet, this is not a good place to stay. The tennats in the building are noisy, the noise from the street is loud, the HVAC is loud, and there seemed to be a trash pickup right outside window every morning around 4am. The owner of the apartment did not provide clear instructions and would not answer a phone call. Their provided instructions seemed like a template with key information missing. When we arrived, we were locked out of the building without instructions on...
