« I was disappointed to learn that the pool was closed during my stay. Additionally, housekeeping services were only provided every three days, which meant I frequently had to request fresh towels and washcloths. I also experienced a leak from the window whenever it rained.
Another inconvenience was that there were no trash bags in the trash cans, which made it uncomfortable to dispose of trash directly into the bins.

« We arrived after a big storm and the power was out
It was cold and dark, but the staff didn't pout
They found us a room and showed us the way
Just wrote down my info so the next day I could pay
The next morning the staff said happy holidays and gave my kids a treat and a smile
It might not seem like much, but we loved that they went the extra mile
We got a late checkout because my wife had meetings
It was a definitely a really good stay even though it was fleeting

« The front desk was rude and not helpful this is my 3rd IHG stay that was very disappointing.The property in Great Bend Ks was always wonderful but some of the other locations have not lived up to that expectation. I will never book again! »
