« As described. Large open plan studio, modern, clean, nice furniture. Great shower. I didn’t use any of the kitchenette facilities (there was a note to say only use one device at a time). Checkin was easy. AC/Heating was good. Would recommend / stay again. As it’s an open plan room there a little noise from the fridge and lights from electrics appliances - easy to deal with. Ditto on the AC fan noise (easy to change). Very nice neighbourhood with nice houses. Easy to walk to downtown. »

My father and his wife stayed there while they visited us for 3 weeks and they were so happy with it. If we ever had a question we could text John and he would quickly let us know! « This was our second stay at Jeff and Diane apartment. As with first stay, everything was perfect for us. Very clean, kitchen well appointed, comfortable beds, ample space, household and personal supplies abundant. Location so convenient to everything that is Ann Arbor. Yay! »

« I loved the downtown location, although it might not be for everyone as downtown is a bit of a ‘gritty’ area. The apartment itself was simple and complete with good communication with the owner. I especially loved the smells from the bakery in the building. »

The only confusing part was the communication was a little awkward because it was limited to email beforehand, but it did not prove to be a problem and they did a thorough job of letting us know what was expected coming and going. definitely recommended. »
