Mariella, the owner, was extremely helpful every time we had questions. She even took the time to put fresh cut flowers on the table and entryway! Such a thoughtful touch! "If you need a place to stay in Cleveland, TN book this house--you won't be disappointed. I would say it is exactly as described but it's even better in person. This is by far the best home I have ever rented. Carol (the owner) is wonderful to work with and pays special attention to even the smallest detail.
