Between wild nature and sandy beaches, this tastefully decorated semi-detached house welcomes you just 5 minutes from Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer. Located in a small residence with a swimming pool, it offers two pleasant terraces: one with no overlooking neighbours, featuring a hammock and barbecue, and the other with a view of the pool. On the ground floor, enjoy a beautiful living space with an open-plan kitchen and lounge. Upstairs, two bedrooms and two shower rooms (one en suite) ensure comfort and privacy. Parking is available on site or just opposite the residence. A picturesque path nearby immerses you in the typical landscapes of the Camargue, a paradise for hikers and horse riders. Explore Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer, a famous seaside resort, with its salty beaches, flamingos, horses and bulls. Don't miss the historic towns of Arles and Aigues-Mortes either.

Logement dans résidence avec piscine commune

Très bien située, cette maison 3 façades est parfaitement équipée. Une chambre double et une autre chambre avec un canapé lit et un 3ème couchage en hauteur (très proche du plafond). Les 2 chambres ont l’air co. 2 salles de douches avec toilette à l’étage. 2 terrasses très agréables mais attention aux moustiques très agressifs. La piscine se partage avec les nombreux autres résidents. Une seule place de parking.
