"The location is 5 star but the property itself is 2 start, it needs professional cleaning. See pictures showing an example of how filthy was the fan and the dust it threw on the bed. No extra towels. We were 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids) they gave us 4 towels in total. In entire home only 4 towels for 2 nights 3 day booking, unbelievable!!!! They had kitchen but again NO towels. "Property was in a great location and overall it was nice but we were staying for 3 nights and they left 3 towels plus 2 small one which wasn't enough. One of the bathroom was great and the small one was bad and very hard to take shower because water was going out and we had no extra towel to dry and basically only one bathroom. "

"Villa was fine but there were some issues. 1) Lift was not working 2) it says 3 bathrooms but in effect there is just 1 commode and 2 baths. The 1 commode for 6 pax is inconvenient 3) One bedroom did not have proper curtains to cut the sun light"
