### Luxurious villa with panoramic view, pool, Jacuzzi, private access to the sea

There are two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and access to the sea-view terrace on the villa’s upper level. From here, you can enjoy the view of the morning sun rising over the sea from your bed. On the first floor, you’ll find a spectacular and spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen and magnificent sea views. There is also an additional bedroom with an open-plan bathroom and hammam on the ground floor. The villa’s main highlight, however, is certainly the expansive terrace area with swimming pool and Jacuzzi alongside two seating areas. For those interested in swimming and snorkelling, the villa also has its own direct access to the sea.   
  
The villa is situated in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and offers its guests enough space to park their vehicles securely on the property. The nearest sandy beach is just a third of a mile away, not far from a restaurant and a beach bar. The nearest town is Agay, where you can find plenty more opportunities to shop and dine.  
  
Agay is home to some very sophisticated French restaurants. Give your palate a treat here by spoiling it with some delicious Mediterranean specialities! In the immediate vicinity, active guests will find several diverse golf courses and many sports facilities.  
  
From Agay, you can embark upon numerous excursions into the hinterland, such as to the Gorge du Verdon. It also boasts a reliable, direct rail connection to the cities of Cannes or Nice.
