« Great location and house! Check in was easy. Kitchen had everything we needed. Water pressure upstairs was a little low but there is a shower downstairs. Could use a towel stand in the upstairs bathroom. AC vents sound like a shower running when blowing. I found it to be great white noise. No TVs in the bedrooms if you need one to sleep. Great stay-would recommend it and stay again. »

« The only thing that I was not clear on was that the 2 bedrooms are up some pretty steep stairs. This home is a well renovated historic home so it wasn't a surprise. It was not a problem for us but we are older and you just need to know it. We were there for a family event and didn't take advantage of being downtown, the kitchen or the courtyard. It was very nice, comfortable and the garage was a plus. We would stay there again. »

« I was looking for a comfortable place to stay with my son and his friends who were playing in a nearby volleyball tournament. The house was just as described and had everything we needed for cooking in, relaxing outside, and grilling. I was very pleasantly surprised with the neighborhood in Phoenixville. Bridge Street, a short walk from the house, is open to pedestrians only on weekend evenings and had lots of nice shops, restaurants, and live music. There are plenty of cafes all around the...

« Beautiful quaint colonial house. It was such a cool experience, but no worries it has modern amenities. The host is very nice and has great communication. The back yard was amazing and great for the kids to run around. The back patio was beautiful and we grilled hot dogs, and made smores over the firepit. « Our weekend trip with the family was made more special with this lovely home. It was filled with history and very comfortable with updated amenities. The scenery of farmland around us was peaceful, along with the animals in the pasture next to the driveway. The kids loved visiting with them and feeding them. We would definitely come back. »

« We stayed for a long weekend during my sons wedding in West Chester. The farmhouse was perfect, tons of room for multiple generations and family members. The 2 kitchens were great. We also enjoyed to outdoor aspects of the property, the neighborhood was wonderful but you still felt like you were in the country sitting on the patio or even the front porch. Definitely recommend »
