« About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....

« There was know one at the property to check my 2 daughters in that traveled from Maine for a celebration of life. I had to call and a woman instructed me to tell them to go to the desk and get the key out of a basket full of keys. When the girls got to their room it smelled musty, cigarette smell, blankets where yellowed. The sheets were a blue fuzzy blanket with particles on it! Windows fogged over with mold. If it is a self service hotel it should be advertised as that!!! I would have never...

« I cannot recommend this location in Belle Plaine, Minnesota. The room was very dirty. The hot tub was unusable and the guests were unruly until wee hours of the morning. The windows have never been washed. The hot tub had filth coming out of its jets and the bottom of the bed frame looks like it had never been wiped down. The place is definitely in need of some TLC and for what I paid a night $169. I am completely unsatisfied. »
