"L'entrée par le stationnement arrière marches très dangereuses.cartes de chambre désactivées environ 45 minutes avant notre départ .Une femme de chambre nous a debarre pour pouvoir sortir nos bagages ensuite il a fallu qu'un de nous trois tienne la porte pendant que les 2 autres descendaient les bagages rendu en bas un tenait la porte pendant que l'autre mettait tout dans l'auto sinon la porte barrait.il pleuvait a verse quand je suis allée à l'office on m'a dit que ca se produisait très souvent j'ai dit d'en parler avec leur patron ils m'ont répondu qu'il le savait et ne pouvait rien faire je leur ai répondu qu'en 2026 c'était invraisemblable qu'ils ne puissent pas corriger ça. Si la carte se désactivé 45 minutes avant la fin du séjour ils doivent pouvoir refaire la programmation pour la vraie heure de départ .À part ça tout est ok très grande chambre selon moi ils viennent de rénover ils auraient pu diminuer la taille de la chambre et faire une meilleure salle de bain .Nous pensions qu'ils faisaient les lits à chaque jour,non aux 3 jours sauf si tu en fais la demande ce que tu apprends en appelant et c'est inscrit pres de la salle de bain en petit.si vous ne voulez pas monter vos bagages à la main il faut savoir pas dascenseur on avait oublié ce détail mais bon c'est notre erreur ,pas si pire que ça mais quand c'est une seule personne qui peut le faire ça devient pénible .très bon séjour endroit tranquille et pres de tout même à pied"
