We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, this charming house, close to the beach, of a surface of 95 m ² and being able to accomodate until 7 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 28 m², an equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and you can enjoy a private garden of about 500 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
After passing the entrance, the accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor
- A living room of 28 m² with a TV, a fireplace and a dining area.
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, cooking plates, dishwasher, a tassimo coffee machine and a filter machine....
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor
- Landing with storage cupboard
- Room 1 : a double bed (140×190) + a washbasin (mirror and towel rack)
- Room 2 : a double bed (140×190).
- Room 3: two single beds
- Room 4: a single bed
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, barbecue, ironing board and iron.
By reserving this house, you will benefit from the following facilities during your stay:
- A beautiful enclosed and landscaped garden of 500 m², completely redesigned after the renovation work in early June 2025, with freshly laid roll-out lawn, offers a lush and well-kept setting. You can enjoy sunny days on the terrace, which is equipped with outdoor furniture — perfect for relaxing or sharing a barbecue meal with family or friends.
- Possibility of parking in the property for one vehicle.
The house is ideally located in Saint-Cast-le-Guildo in the heart of the Rochettes district, in a very pleasant environment at 1.5 km from the beach. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential businesses but also of stores, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities
Many activities are possible in the area : visits to St Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap Fréhel, Fort La Latte.... For sportsmen, tennis, golf, sailing school, accrobranche, hiking on the coastal path of the GR34, fishing on foot.
Transportation
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property.
As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station: Lamballe train station located 26.9 km away (30 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Saint-Brieuc airport located 56 km away (49 minutes by car).
Other remarks:
For your comfort, linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels) and beds are made upon arrival.
The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
Animals accepted on request, thank you to specify it at the reservation. One animal per stay.
Before leaving, thank you to leave the house in a correct state of cleanliness and to clean the household appliances after use. We remind you that parties are not allowed.
