"Large room with a beautiful view! Loved the hot tub and the breakfast was small, but perfect. The layout of the bathroom was a bit tight, but the positives of the location, price and size of the overall room outweighed the bathroom’s awkward layout. "

"Property is as advertised - beautiful and quaint. The deck drops right onto a beautiful beach you can walk early in the morning with a cup of coffee. The roaring of the ocean at night is calming. Dana point was fun for food and day trips, and Laguna beach is close. I would highly recommend Captain Dave’s for a whale and dolphin safari. We were fortunate to see a fin whale, hump back whale and a “stampede” of long nose dolphins."

"None of the windows open…a fire hazard.Garbage disposal in kitchen sink does not work.Mold in the master bathroom shower.Floors were filthy. There is a pill on the floor next to vanity leg. We were unable to go barefoot because our feet would turn black from dirt."

"The house was beautiful and had a pathway right down to the beach. The only thing I would mention is is actually more of a duplex because there are two bedrooms upstairs that you have to access from going outside of the main downstairs."
