"The best stay, never fails. We bring our 7 and 4 year old as a tiny getaway for a couple days each year. The hotel has everything..clean, spacious rooms, indoor pool, hot tub, gymnasium with a basketball hoop, racquetball, pool tables, darts and actually a lot more. Restaurant is amazing! We just love it. "

"I didn’t get a chance to experience the bar or the breakfast, but my stay overall was very comfortable. The beds were clean smelled very clean. I wish they had included breakfast in day rate instead of charging an extra $18 for it. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel overall, it is an excellent hotel."

"I have stayed at this hotel now for 3 or 4 consecutive years. The hotel is now under new ownership and in my view they are just beginning to sort out how to run it and staff it. The hotel front desk is mainly staffed and managed by friends and family right now. The new owners have made extensive changes to the door locking mechanisms on all the rooms, which is impressive. The rooms are clean and the new policy of asking those with longer stays, if they want their room cleaned or fresh towels etc. on a daily basis was appreciated. We opted for weekly cleaning. The hotel is pet friendly. We had our cat in the room with us and it was fine. Parking is convenient outside the rooms. Room was well equipped with fridge, microwave and plenty of outlets, although wi-fi was a bit patchy. I will be definitely looking to stay at this hotel again, next time I visit my family. As the hotel is very conveniently located near Route 495 which is a major artery around the Boston suburbs. The hotel is right behind Cumberland Farms, which is convenient for gas and good breakfasts."

"In operation since 1771, amazing service, superb prices in the off season, great amenities on property and nearby. Particularly recommend Annie’s Restaurant for breakfast, 1 mile away? We had two rooms for two nights to visit nearby Old Sturbridge Village - less than 10 minutes away - and were upgraded from Motel rooms to main property rooms. Staff is amazing. Dining room is moderately priced at ~ $22/plate. Desserts were $8 to $10. Highly Recommend!"

"Cleanest room in which we have ever stayed! Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The hamburger we had for lunch at Sonoma was delicious and the fries were the best anywhere! Great to have convenient on site parking!"
