"Good breakfast and room was clean"

"The property was clean nice and in order. The front desk clerk was ready to help in any way. When getting to our room and settled in the lighting was our 1st encounter it was a little hard to get the 3 different lamps to work, finally got them going. 2nd problem was the TV. It come on but wasn’t connected . The front desk was notified and came up and fixed the problem. 3rd problem was the next morning the elevator wasn’t working, I went down stairs after looking several minutes for the stairs and notified the morning clerk of the problem she reset the elevator problem solved. She was not aware of the problem. 4th problem there was a few roaches in our room. Enough about that and last on waking up to watch the morning news the TV didn’t work again. After paying 114.00 dollars was kind of disappointed in the price for the services over all. Top point is the air worked well no issues"

"The first room had sheets that appeared dirty, so I asked to be moved. The move was made, but staff did not seem concerned and did not apologize for the inconvenience. Staff mocked me when I asked if the 2nd room was in the building "facing the road." Later I asked for a hair dryer and was told to go to the "white door" to get it. When i went to the white door, I was told to go to another, further area of the motel to get the hair dryer. I simply asked staff to get the hair dryer and told them I'd come back to retrieve it. Again, staff was not very gracious in helping me. They did bring the dryer to the room later."

"Parking was fine. Front desk was helpful and nice."

"The staff/owners were really nice and we had a small issue with the hot water, but when returned from an event, it was fixed perfectly. The beds slept fine, but it is an older hotel, so things don't necessarily "sparkle", but it wasn't filthy. We just needed a place to stay and it fit our needs."

"Nothing exciting here. There must have been a fishing tournament or something because everyplace was packed with boats. The room was totally fine and the bed was comfy but I don’t think it would be fair to rate the noise since there was so much action. It had a very large area for walking dogs. The breakfast was hot and just fine. The staff was friendly and prompt on anything we needed."

"We were giving a handicapped room which had mold in bathroom. We were told they were booked, why we were giving that room and not able to change it upon requesting."

"Cockroach in the room. In my 40 yrs never smelled water like the water coming out of the faucets. That cannot be healthy. "
