« We’ve stayed here for years and it’s always been convenient, comfortable and friendly. Apparently the former owner sold, and now the room check in is all done virtually, which we’ve not had to deal with before.
It was a surprise at check in to have no front desk, and nobody on site to assist. We had to initiate a zoom like call for help getting keys. The remote agent was helpful and we got keys, and it worked ok. She was in Canada. I’d rather deal with a local, on site manager and have some...

« Very nice property. The lobby and general public areas are very clean and well maintained. The breakfast bar is excellent, changes daily along with staples. Only drawback we found on our stay was in our room, first glance room looked great, large and nice layout. We had a double queen, one of the bedspreads had stains on it, not appealing, the room chair also had a huge stain, not inviting to sit in.
