"Front desk staff member was amazing! The amenities were beyond anything I've experienced with other brands which includes Hilton, Marriot IHG. Room was beautiful! I was surprised that there was daily housekeeping services. That was kind of so-so. However, after 5 years of no housekeeping, it was still a treat."

"This was a super nice hotel close to many places downtown if you plan on walking anywhere. You could walk to the Farmers Market and Court Ave very easily. The room was very spacious. The only downfall was the air conditioning couldnt keep up since it was so hot outside the weekend we were there. But that is to be expected with older downtown buildings. We will definitely be staying there again!"
