Attendant was not friendly to new guests. Disappointed at the level of service provided. However, staff encountered throughout the remainder of the stay was accommodating and polite. Breakfast was very good each day, with different Chinese Breakfast variations each day. Room had plumbing issues such as toilet not having water to flush or water not draining at wash sink. Hotel staffs are super nice. Confirmed the stay ahead of arrival. Checked if we have kids with us( to prepare ahead) and checked if have any issue getting to the hotel. Our family room is roomy with hot spring in the unit. The outdoor individual hot spring is a special experience as well. Room is clean and has everything you need including mini bar( no alcohol beverage). The transportation perhaps is not that convenient if you drive yourself.
